We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect or Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion.

As a Project Architect or Manager, you will collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee architectural projects from initial concept to final completion
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure project success
• Prepare and review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications
• Resolve design and technical issues that arise during the construction phase
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
