Responsibilities
Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency and quality throughout
Create innovative and visually stunning designs for both web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve our designs
Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into our design process
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Designer or a similar role
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of visual design, typography, and layout
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus
