Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to
our sales team, assisting in the preparation and documentation of sales
orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining customer

Responsibilities
Assist
in the preparation and processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
Coordinate
with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and
resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain
and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
Generate
reports and sales performance analysis for management review.
Provide
administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings,
preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements.
Handle
customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate
with the marketing team to ensure sales collateral and promotional
materials are up to date and readily available.
Requirements
Proven
experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or a related
field.
Excellent
organizational and time management skills.
Strong
attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability
to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong

environment.
Knowledge
of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
