As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients and visitors. Your duties will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services
  • Monitor office supplies and replenish as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
