We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our development team to turn concepts into reality, by implementing cutting-edge design principles and techniques. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product management and development teams to understand project requirements and concept ideas.

Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Conduct research and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.

Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices in the industry.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.

Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work.

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision or Adobe XD.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design ideas.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
