Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with the clients' vision and storytelling objectives

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts from start to finish

Ensure seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and overall flow in the videos

Experiment with different editing techniques and styles to enhance the visual impact of the videos

Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, including social media and websites

Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and other elements to enhance the videos

Manage and organize video assets, ensuring their availability and accessibility

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in film editing, multimedia design, or a related field

Proven work experience as a video editor, preferably in the design industry

Proficient in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer

Solid understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to adapt and learn new software and techniques quickly

A portfolio demonstrating your previous video editing projects is required
