Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers to develop creative concepts and solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and brand guidelines
• Oversee the development of design assets, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with client expectations
• Provide art direction and design feedback to designers to achieve desired outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct regular design reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind the work

• Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles
• Expertise in industry-standard design software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
