Job Description


We are currently seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to develop and maintain competitive and cost-effective programs
  • Analyze compensation data and present findings to management for review and decision-making purposes
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, pay structures, and incentive plans
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with HR team to communicate and educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings
  • Conduct market surveys to benchmark compensation levels and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Monitor and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, policies, and regulations
  • Proficient in using compensation survey databases and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compensation and benefits information to both HR professionals and non-HR stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
