Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to help our company grow and succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for candidate selection.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and other recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit with the company's culture and values
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers for candidate selection
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the [industry] industry
  • Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions within tight timelines
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
