Responsibilities
Lead and manage an electromechanical team, providing guidance, motivation, and ensuring quality output
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to develop comprehensive electromechanical systems
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and implementation
Conduct in-depth technical assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability
Develop and enforce engineering processes and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines
Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion within budgetary constraints
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a team leader within the electromechanical or related industry
Proficient knowledge of electromechanical systems, including design principles, components, and materials
Strong understanding of engineering software and tools (CAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
