• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering: Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communication engineering or Computer & Information Technology.

• Very good Knowledge of Programming & Troubleshooting.

• CCNA certificate is a plus.

• Excellent user of computer applications.

• Excellent command of English.

• Monitoring of applications implemented on the IT infrastructure.

• Supporting administration of the applications, i.e. configuration of user access, re-starting services

• System Health check

• System Backups

• Visual inspection on HW in DC sites

• Arrange the physical access and responsible about keys of equipment.

• Responsible about faulty HW replacements based on L1/L2 request as L1/L2 will not be involved in HW replacement.

• Monitoring System HW performance and creating incidents.

• Interaction with 3PP provider.

• Starting up / restarting HW components.

• Registration of end users’ cases reported via e-mail or phone.

• Incident resolution verification.

• Problem Management for high priority issues.

• Change management process verification.

• Capacity & license monitoring.

• Capacity extension execution.

• Licenses/Certificates procurement and upload for HW and SW components.

• Ensure VM, Application & DB back up is completed and tested.

• Retention and clean-up of data as per agreement with CU.
