Description:

We are now looking for BO Transmission Engineer to join our organization with below requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer, IT Engineering, with 3-5 years proven experience in Transmission operation and configuration.

- Good experience with Transmission product family (MiniLink product family, SPO is a must, and in Long Haul network, Alcatel, ZTE,Huawei RTN, and SIAE is a PLUS!)

- Excellent Knowledge of TX network topology, infrastructure, technologies (TDM, IP, Ethernet, MPLS), applications, traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics.

- Familiar with managed services environment and knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice.

- 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities including Incident and problem handling as well as proactive routine maintenance

- Provide technical support for 1st level operations team.

- Good knowledge of implementation and integration processes.

- Tenacious drive to deliver against business targets with service and performance focused.

- Good communications, customer-handling skills and analytical approach to problems.

- Good Knowledge with routing protocols
