We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team in the Textiles industry. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing and promoting our brand to customers, clients, and partners. Your main objective will be to increase brand awareness and generate a positive image of our company.
In this role, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders. From attending trade shows and events to coordinating marketing campaigns, you will play a key role in ensuring our brand is recognized and respected. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies that align with our brand values and goals.
Responsibilities
Represent and promote our brand at various events, trade shows, and pop-up shops
Engage with customers and clients to build relationships and increase brand loyalty
Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth knowledge of our textiles
Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the textiles industry
Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
Creative and innovative mindset
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
