Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide variety of high-quality dishes according to customer requests and dietary restrictions
Follow set recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to ensure consistent food quality and attractive plate presentation
Assist with menu planning, suggesting new dishes and ingredients to enhance our offerings
Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and appliances
Handle, store, and rotate all products properly to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness
Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring all items meet our quality standards
Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook in a hospitality setting, with a solid understanding of cooking techniques and best practices
Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
