Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of high-quality dishes according to customer requests and dietary restrictions
  • Follow set recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to ensure consistent food quality and attractive plate presentation
  • Assist with menu planning, suggesting new dishes and ingredients to enhance our offerings
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and appliances
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring all items meet our quality standards
  • Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a hospitality setting, with a solid understanding of cooking techniques and best practices
  • Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification or degree is a plus
