We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Your daily responsibilities will include cleaning and organizing guest rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring that common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, are kept tidy. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including bathrooms and public spaces.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming
Replenish supplies, such as toiletries and towels, in guest rooms
Empty trash and replace liners in all designated areas
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
Ensure common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, are presentable and free of debris
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting and bending
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
