We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in the dynamic hospitality industry. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
  • Maintain a high level of communication with guests to address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
