Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
Maintain a high level of communication with guests to address any concerns or issues
Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure seamless guest experiences
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
