We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary dishes. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new menu items that align with current industry trends and customer preferences. You will work closely with the management team to develop and maintain standard recipes, portion control guidelines, and food cost management. In addition, you will supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring food supplies, and implementing effective stock control measures.
