• Good experience at Data Center PJs (Modular, Cloud, CCTV System, ELV & MEP),
• Install and troubleshoot OTN DWDM equipment,
• Conduct technical site surveys and prepare comprehensive reports,
• Understand and execute ring break and cutover activities proficiently,
• Troubleshoot services migration issues,
• Perform testing using Optical Power Meters (OPM),
• Implement structured cabling systems in data centers,
• Deploy switches, routers, and other network devices as per specifications,
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of power cabling requirements in data centers,
• Utilize excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues effectively,

• Follow up the fixtures and the engineer in charge of the process of supplying support, through technical support or through going down to the installation site to help him technically,
• Make sure the site work and follow the operation process with the customer,
• Compilation of pictures sent files from sites engineers and sent to the department of documentation,
• Monitor and manage all project development processes to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Coordinated project and ensured compliance with estimated costs and timelines,
