Qualifications:
• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering: Electronics and Communication
• Knowledge of Mobile Network (2G/3G/LTE networks architecture, different call scenarios, basic troubleshooting of base station sub-system (BSS), Mobile Channels in different generations)
• Experienced in core network CS equipment such as MSC, MGW, STP, HLR, CUDB
• Have good knowledge of vIMS & VAS nodes
• 1 Year experience in telecom industry (Core CS)
• CCNA is a plus.
• Excellent user of computer applications.
• Have good communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.

Job Description:
• Alarm monitoring, classification, and 1st level troubleshooting for Core Network (CS/IMS/VAS) nodes and escalating to 2nd level support or other entities if needed
• Monitoring graphs related to national roaming and overall network performance
• Handling Core CS change requests for sites interventions and BO actions.
• Classifying and accordingly escalating alarms to Back Office team via service manager tool.
• Performing regular health checks on Core Network nodes to ensure the performance and stability of the network
• Handling customer requests related to Core Network
• Troubleshooting customer care complaints related Core CS/VAS
• Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages and incidents
• Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem.
• Responsible for sending out notification SMSs for major outages
• Rotating shift work schedule.
