Job Description: *

• Alarm monitoring and 1st level troubleshooting for ER///, ZTE &Huawei

(BSC/RNC/BTS/Node B) Radio Access Network (RAN) with in managed service.

• Performing first level troubleshooting with a KPI of solving faults received on the 2G & 3G

Network within managed service.

• Classifying and accordingly dispatching alarms to Field Maintenance team.

• Guide FM resources to be properly equipped in the field to resolve the case, technical support,

and in-site assistance if required in major incidents.

• Classifying and accordingly escalating alarms to Back Office team via service manager tool.

• Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed

during system outages.

• Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem.

• Responsible for sending out notification SMS’s for major outages and down sites

• Following up on FM and B.O teams on outages and down sites VIA TT system.

• Completely understanding 2G/3G/4G commands and how to use them via Command Handling

tools.

• Rotating shift work schedule.
