About the Job

• Monitor the 2G, 3G, 4G for Ericsson , ZTE and Huawei network KPI’s and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found.

• Making basic troubleshooting in order to solve the problem.

• Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved.

• Benchmarking reports to compare network status before and after CRs implementations.

• Event’s handling: Monitoring the network KPIs in event’s times (e.g Eid event, Holidays, weekends and etc.)

• Responsible for daily and weekly health checks.

• Responsible for generating daily operational reports.

• Responsible for Leading Team Members.

• Responsible for Handling Tasks requests,and daily dashboards.

- Job Requirements:

Appropriate degree/diploma in Telecommunications (Preferred Cairo, Ain-Shams, Alexandria, AUC ,GUC and British Universities).

o Excellent knowledge and understanding of 2G , 3G , LTE , IMS/VoLTE.

o Good command in PostegresSQL.

o Understanding the 2G/3G/4G Network Performance KPIs and correlation between them.

o 5-8 experience in the Performance Monitoring Managment.

o V.Good communication skills

o Be able to work in shifts & under pressure
