individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer
Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service and support to our clients. You will play a key role in
ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our
clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer
inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will
communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide
information about our products and services, answer questions, and assist with
any issues they may have. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer
records, update account information, and process orders and returns.
