Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their needs are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
