Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you
will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our
clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our
computer systems and networks, and to resolve any hardware or software issues
that may arise.
You will be responsible for handling incoming support requests,
troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions or workarounds in a timely
and efficient manner. In addition, you will maintain documentation of support
activities, including problem resolutions and troubleshooting steps, and
contribute to the development of knowledge base articles for commonly
encountered issues.
