We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Consultant to join our team. As a Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service focus. You should be able to quickly understand and address client needs, while effectively managing client expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic advice and guidance
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports as required
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring a deep understanding of our products and services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in client service or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
