Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns

  • Develop and maintain customer service procedures and guidelines
  • Train and onboard new customer service representatives

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
