We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR Manager to join our team. As a CSR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This includes developing and executing strategies to enhance our corporate reputation, driving employee engagement, and fostering community partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for corporate social responsibility, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing CSR programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives in alignment with company goals and values
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR practices into business processes
• Oversee the development and execution of employee engagement programs, including volunteer activities and fundraising events
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, NGOs, and government agencies
• Monitor and report on the progress of CSR programs and initiatives
• Manage the budget for CSR activities and ensure optimal use of resources
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CSR and corporate sustainability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR or related fields
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to CSR initiatives
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
