We are seeking a highly-analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for turning complex data into meaningful insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify trends, and deliver reports and recommendations that will support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data
• Create and deliver reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document data requirements for new projects
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support decision-making
• Develop and implement data quality and validation strategies to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the information technology and services industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data mining algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
