Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex business issues, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
