We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary.
  • Coordinate and oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and clients, answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
