We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reputation Management Manager to join our team. As a Reputation Management Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's brand image and online reputation. Your main goal will be to monitor and influence public perception, respond to customer feedback and online reviews, and ensure that our brand's reputation remains strong and positive.

As the Reputation Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and protecting our company's reputation and ensuring that all external communications align with our brand values and objectives. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Public Relations, to develop and implement strategies to proactively manage our online presence and address any potential reputation risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, public relations, and customer service principles. You should be highly skilled in analyzing online feedback, identify trends, and develop effective strategies to improve our brand's reputation. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be responsible for crafting and delivering appropriate responses to customer inquiries and online reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve and manage our organization's online reputation
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and online reviews to identify potential reputation risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven work experience in reputation management or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online review sites
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
