Lead and manage a team of office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and enhance overall efficiency
Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
Collaborate with other department leaders to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
