Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and enhance overall efficiency
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems as they arise
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
