Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Forecast and track key account metrics and report on account status
Provide regular updates to senior management on client relationships and revenue growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or in a similar role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
