We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for our accounting firm. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the mortgage loan process. You will work closely with clients to evaluate their financial situation and determine the best loan options for their needs. Responsibilities

·         Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and determine their mortgage loan requirements

·         Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage loan options, interest rates, and terms

·         Assist clients in completing the necessary loan application documentation

·         Evaluate client eligibility for loans by analyzing credit reports, income statements, and financial data

·         Collaborate with underwriters and other professionals to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage loans

·         Maintain a database of client information, loan details, and follow up with clients as necessary

·         Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients

Requirements

·         Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role

·         In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans

·         Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit evaluation

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and mortgage professionals

·         Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple loan applications

·         Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·         Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
