Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry

Strong knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

Experience in budgeting and financial management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
