Responsibilities

·         Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

·         Conduct audits of financial records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.

·         Assist clients in tax planning and preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

·         Provide financial analysis and recommendations to clients to help them make informed business decisions.

·         Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.

·         Collaborate with clients' management and staff to establish and maintain accounting procedures and controls.

·         Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring adherence and providing guidance to clients.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

·         CPA certification.

·         Proven work experience as a CPA, preferably in an accounting firm.

·         In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

·         Proficient in using accounting software and financial management systems.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
